Welcome to The Beecher "Buc-Town" Music Department! I am excited to share with you the wonderful and exciting things that are happening in our department. Our school is comprised of 7th and 8th grade students; a 9th Grade Freshman Academy; and 10th - 12th grade students. Presently the Music Department consists of 4 performing ensembles: The "Buc-Town" Marching Band; The fynal mix Drum line; High School Concert Band; Middle School Concert Band; and an offered Music Appreciation course in our curriculum. I have been fortunate to be a part of this organization for 9 of my 25 years of teaching and look forward to shaping and reorganizing the band and the overall program into one of integrity with a goal of musical excellence. My goal is to instill 6 very important character building concepts in our students: 1. Achievement of Academic Excellence 2. Outstandling leadership and Moral Character 3. Dedication 4.
